Put milk for boiling on low flame and add sugar and half teaspoon of elaichi powder. Beat the one egg well

1 cup Dry milk, 1 table spoon maida,1tea spoon baking powder. Mix 4 teaspoons of cooking oil and mix it.

Add 4_5 tbsp of beaten egg and mix with the help of spoon to make soft and smooth dough.

Make small round shape balls and put these balls immediately in boiling milk.Increase the leavel of flame to high.

Keep it at boil on full flame for 5_10 mintes till become 3_4 time larger than the original size,carefully and deep

And rotate the balls in full high boiling milk with the help of flat spoon and stop the flame. Refrigerate before enjoying delicious Rasmalai.🍀🌺
