Ingredients

  1. 1 tablespoonsugar
  2. 1 teaspoonbaking soda
  3. 250 grcottage cheese (ricotta)
  4. 150 grbutter
  5. 1egg
  6. 1,5 cupflour
  7. 150 grcheese
  8. 1 table spooncream fresh
  9. 3garlic cloves
  10. 1egg

Cooking Instructions

    Melt the butter

    Mix sugar and salt with butter till it’s even.

    Add cottage cheese, egg and mix thoroughly

  4. 4

    Add flour and baking soda, mix till plastic dough and place it in the fridge in plastic foil for 30 minutes.

    Warm up the oven 190’C

  6. 6

    Make the filling: grate 200gr of cheese, add 3 cloves of garlic, egg and 1 table spoon of creamfresh.

  7. 7

    Divide the dough, use 2/3 for the bottom then put the filling in and cover it with the rest of the dough, making holes with the knife.
