For gravy--Add 1 tsp oil in pressure cooker crackle heeng and jeera

Add red chilli powder and add 2 tbsp water.

Then add coriander powder cook for 1 min.

Add ginger, green chilli & boil, white matar, lobiya& kale chane mix well.

Sprinkle salt, garam masala & pour a glass of water.

Give them 5 whistles and turn off the flame.

Open the lid add tamarind pulp add more 1/2 glass water.

Cook in simmer flame for 6-7 mins & keep aside.

For samosa--

Mix salt in refined flour add warm 2& 1/4 tsp oil in flour.

Make dough with the help of lukewarm water &cover it for 15 mints.

Take a pan add oil crackle heeng & jeera

Add boil potatoes & green peas both type of salt, green chilli, ginger, red chilli powder and coriander powder cook 6-7mnts in simmer flame.

Sprinkle amchoor powder mix well & cook 1 mnt more.

Take a small size of dough make poori with the help of rolling pin.

Cut in the center, spread water in edge make cone stuff aalu mixture.

Seal them & fry.

Take a bowl crush samosa pour gravy pour both chutney tangy tamarind & green chutney and sprinkle chopped onions on top and enjoy.
