  • 1 litrefull fat milk
  • 50 gmsugar
  • 100 gmmithaimate
  • 4green cadamom
  • 2 tbspghee
  • Handfulchopped dryfruits

    Great the carrot.

    Heat a pan add ghee&put greencadamom sauted a mints.

    Add grated carrot sauted 5 mints on low medium flame.

    Add fullfatemilk,mithaimate&sugar mix it well.Cooked till it's becomes thicken.
