Peel the potatoes and cook them under pressure for 17 minutes.

Mash the potatoes with a fork. Add the egg, parsley, Parmesan, and black pepper, then mix well.

Let the mixture cool. Shape into small logs and freeze for 15–20 minutes.

For frying: Roll the logs in flour, then dip in the egg mixed with milk, and coat with breadcrumbs. Fry until golden brown. Drain on a paper towel.
