Soak dal 4/5hours and grind it, grate pumpkin and squeeze all water from pumpkin {white kaddu}

Grind cinaman, rai dana and meethi dana, and mix all spices and ginger garlic paste with grinded chana dal, keep aside for 4/5hours for fermentation, now mix kaddu in it

And make small badi from this and dry in sunlight. after 2/3days keep this badi store in air container, self life 4/5months. make sabji from this badi or add in moong dal also
