Boil all vegetables and keep aside.

Take a pan add butter, add onion saute till light pink add grated and boil vegetable, add, spices mix well add vegetable stock.

Now add lemon juice and 2 tsp soya sauce.

Now pour into a soup bowl, add fried noodles.

Serve it hot.
