Steps

Make a batter of sooji by adding curd and little water. Add salt and keep aside.

Now chop all vegetables and grate carrot.

Make a tadka by adding sarso seeds and kadi patta and sesame seeds in oil till cracking sound appear.

Mix tadka and chopped and grated vegetables in the sooji and curd mixture.

Add water required to make a batter.

Now pour batter in the greased baking tin and bake for about 20-25 minutes in a preheated oven.

Sprinkle some sesame seeds on the top and serve hot.
