  • 100 grred beans (100 kcals)
  • 1/4 spoonolive oil (25 kcals)
  • 50 grgoat cheese (90 kcals)

    100 gr of warm red beans in a bowl, add 1 spoon of olive oil and a bit of salt

    Half avocado smashed in a bowl

    Boil water (1.5 glass), add 100 gr of black quinoa on the water, wait 20 minutes

    Mix avocado bowl with 50gr goat cheese

    Mix with red beans
