Ingredients

1 kgawla/gooseberries
to tasteSalt and chilli
1 bowlpickle masala
1/2 tspturmeric
1/2 tspmustard seeds
as requiredOil for frying and binding
as requiredWater for boiling

Steps

Take awla and boil it for 10-15 mins, then take out the awla and let it dry.

Now deep fry it in oil and let it cool down.

Mix all the spices in fried awla and coat it properly
4

Now pour the pickle in air tight container and let it be ready within two days.
