Take everything in a big bowl except almonds and beat well.

Take a wok add your mixture on medium flame, keep whisking You don't have to stop whisking.

Keep whisking until small particles form, it will be like Dana dana.

Continuously whisking don't stop your hands,until light golden colour.

Dont overcook, immediately transfer to dish and garnish with almonds.

Then cut in pieces at the moment,because it is soft at the time, afterwards it becomes hard.

Let it cool for 15 min and then remove pieces from the dish.
