In a kadhai add Oil.then add onion and ginger -garlic.cook for two minutes.add all spices and mix it.then add tomatoes and cook again for five minutes.now add chane and boil for ten minutes at medium flame.

For poori:-In a kadhai heat oil for frying.take small ball from dough and roll it.deep fry in the hot oil till golden brown and crispy.

Take a plate add chane and poori with salad and serve hot.
