  • 1 tbsp roasted and soaked flaxseed in lukewarm water
  • 3-4 dropsvanilla essence
  • 1 tbsphoney
  • as requiredCherry for garnishing

    Grind roasted oats,makhana in mixer grinder add smashed banana, vanilla essence, honey, soaked flaxseed and milk and grind into smooth puree.
