This drink is very refreshing and veryyy helpful. It helps to detoxify your skin and digestion system it keeps you fit. After workout this is very good option it is healthy yet the taste is quiet bearable. It is a good option for cold and cough.

Steps

In a glass add 250ml boiled water and green tea. I used mint tea. Let it brew for 2 to 3 mins

Add mint, ginger, lemon. Let it stay for 2 mins

Add salt

Add turmeric powder

Add honey and stir it

Filter it and your healthy detox water is ready. It doesn't taste bitter.
