1 cupplain yogurt
2 cupscold water
1green chilli
1/2 inchginger
1 tablespoonchopped cilantro
1/2 teaspooncumin powder
1/2 teaspoonblack salt, also known as kala namak
1/4 teaspoonsalt, or to taste
1/4 teaspoonchat masala cilantro or mint, for garnish

Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend till combined.

Pour into serving glasses, garnish with fresh cilantro or mint and serve.
