2spring onion
Halfcauliflower
1capsicum
4carrot
1 tbspChilli flakes
1 tbspSalt
1 tbspvinegar
1 tbspsoya sauce
1 tbspchilli sauce
2 tbspketchup

Take a pan add oil.

Fry paste of garlic untill white.

Then add all veggies and fry them.

Add spices and sauces cook for 5 mins untill bit soft.

Boil macroni on other side

Add some oil in it when they boil take them out mix in the veggies.

Steam for 5min mix well.
