Stuffed pav chaat

For aloo masala - In a bowl add mashed potato, green chilli, salt, chaat masala, schezwan chutney and mix well.

Slit the pav and put 1/4 th portion of aloo masala and shall fry on hot non-stick pan using butter.

Likewise stuff pav with aloo masala and shallow fry.

Make 4 pieces of shallow fried pav and arranged on a serving plate. Apply green chutney, tamarind chutney, sprinkle tomato, onion, tomato ketchup, red chilli powder and pour 1/4 cup of curd on pav.

Sprinkle bikaneri bhujia and pomegrante and serve.

Apply green chutney.
