  • 1 cupRaw rice
  • 1/2 cupWheat
  • 1/4 cupChana dal
  • 1/2 cupThur dal
  • 1/4 cupMoong dal
  • 1/4 cupWhole black urad dal
  • 1/4 cupGreen gram
  • 1/4 cupWhite channa
  • 1/5 cupHorse gram -
  • 7Red chillies
  • 2 inchGinger piece
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededOil for making Adai

Steps

1 hour
  1. 1

    Soak the ingredients for 6 hours

    Grind it along with red chillies, ginger and salt

    Rest the batter for 3 hours

  2. 2

    Spread the oil in dosa tawa and pour small amount of batter and spread.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle some oil on the top and side.

  4. 4

    Cook both the sides and serve hot with coconut chutney or avial.
