Ingredients

15 minutes
  • 2 handfuljujube
  • 1/4 tspground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tspground ginger
  • 3 cupswater
  • 1/3 cupsugar

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Rinse the jujube with water. In a pot, add water, jujube, ginger and cinnamon. Boil and lower to simmer for few minutes.

  2. 2

    Sieve and add sugar, stir. Serve hot as a tea or cold as a drink.

where can I purchase fresh not canned water chestnuts? can't find them anywhere. canned ones taste well like a can.
