First make a tight dough of all ingredients.

Make papdi and deep fry in oil till it became brownish golden.

For making chasani take 500 gm sugar 1/2 cup water and boil at medium flame and make 2 tar chasani.

Cool the papdi and make churma using grinder.

Roast churma in ghee.

Add chasani to churma.

Cool the mixture and make ladoo of it.

Delicious ladoos for shankranti are ready. Enjoy as snacks whenever wherever you are.
