TOUM garlic sauce - from Bruce

Mash garlic and salt into paste

Slowly Emulsify ccanola/avocado oil. Then olive oil to garlic paste.

Add lemon juice amd dill to finish.

Store in glass dish overnight in fridge. (use paper towel to let it breathe)swap to airtight cover after night rest. Keeps 2-3 months. If separates, shake until emulsified or process til done.
