It has very Easiest recipe simplest in making.Kids like most of it.It's crispyness attracts towards this dish no doubt..this recipe mostly serve with different type of rice which are as follows

Clean and cut chicken in small piece.Marinslate it by adding Marinate spices axcept coatin ingredients.Rest for 2 hr and keep in a fridge.Then kept in pot to cook till chicken water remove and it become tender.

Now Coat first with flour having all spices except crumbs.rest for 10 min. keep in fridge to set first coat.

Then secondly coat with crumbs by dipping incold water or beated egg.

Keep in a fridge for 10 min to set sec coating.

Now deep frying all.till it become golden brown in colour.

Now dish out and serve with all kind of chinese rice.
