  • 1 cuprice
  • 5big unripe bananas
  • 1 cupminji
  • 2Tomatoes
  • 1Onion
  • Oil

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    In a big sufuria slice your onions add oil and cook untill golden brown

  2. 2

    Add your tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes

  3. 3

    Add the bananas cook for 8 minutes add your minji cook for 2 minutes

  4. 4

    Add your rice mix them then add your water cook for 15-20 Minutes

  5. 5

    Ready to serve
