Cooking Instructions

Cook your rice and keep it aside.

In pot pour your grinded veggies and fry then add your seasoning and allow to cook.

In a bowl cut your salad, onions, tomato, and cucumber. Serve your rice on a plate add your stew on top then add your salad. Your rice and stew with salad is ready.

I enjoy eating it warm, or cold.So, don't worry if this recipe makes more than 1 serving as it is an excellent advance packed lunch recipe. This salad actually taste better the next day!
