Steps

    Wash your meat and marinate with salt and some cooking oil

    Heat your pan for 5 minutes

    Place your pieces of meat and cover the pan. Cook in a medium flame

    Finally the nyamchom is ready serve with ugali and salad. I chose to eat mine like that with chillie. Bon appetit😋😋
