  3. 1 pinchhing(asafoetida)
  4. 1/4 tspcarom seed
  5. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  6. 2Green chilli
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. as neededOil for frying
  9. as neededAny chutney/pickle/curd/sauce

    Cut baigun in round shape,, now in a bowl mix all ingredients and make batter, keep aside for 5min

    Now heat oil in a pan and make pakora from the batter, done enjoy with any type of dip
