Steps

Take a Sauce Pan adds oil, onion & make fry until it golden brown. Then take out in other plate & keep aside for later use.

In the Same sauce pan add Bay leaf, Cinnamon Stick, Star Anise, Green cardamom, Black Cardamom, Cloves. Make fry until it aroma start come. Then add turmeric powder, Ginger garlic paste & cumin seeds.

Make fry until it raw smell goes then add Tomato, Coriander powder, Garam Masala, Red Chilli powder, Salt, Yogurt and Knorr Chicken cube. Cook it until Oil comes up.

Now add Boiled Black Chana, Green chilli and cook it 3-4 minutes. Then add soaked rice, Mint leaves & water. Cover it to cook until rice cooked completely and water gets dry. Garnish with Fried onion & mint leaves.

Black Chana Biryani is ready. Serve with Raita & Salad.
