Steps
- 1
Take a blending jar, add grated coconut, green chillies, cumin seeds, onion and curd in it and blend all well into fine paste.
- 2
Now in a pan, take all vegetables, add 2-3 cups of water in it and put it on the flame.
- 3
Add turmeric powder and salt in it, mix it well, cover the lid and boil the vegetable till it's properly cooked (don't overcook it).
- 4
Now add ground coconut-curd mix paste in it and mix it well.
- 5
Then cook it well (if at any point of time you feel like adding water, add water as per your requirement).
- 6
Now add coconut oil in it, mix it well and switch off the flame.
- 7
Avial is ready to serve now.
