Dalvada with lemon Rasam

Soak mix dal 4-5 hrs. Grind now add chopped onion coriander salt asofoetida, ginger chilli paste, mix well and make round shape vada and attach in a stick.

Heat oil in a pan. Add urad dal, dry red chilli. And chopped tomatoes saute add salt red chilli powder, jaggary cook on mid flame till tomatoes soft. Now add boiled tur dal and rasam powder, lemon juice and lemon wedges. Add 1 glass water. Cook for 5-7 min.

For tadka:- Heat oil, tempered mustard seeds, asofoetida, curry leaves and add in rasam. Chop coriander and add. Serve hot with vada. Yummy tasty Dalvada with lemon rasam is ready to serve.
