This is a healthy breakfast recipe. It will keep you full for longer and help you control your cravings.

I usually have this at around 9 AM and don't feel hungry till 1 PM. And I also go to my yoga class for an hour in this gap In spite of the physical workout, I don't feel tired or any lack of stamina.

Moringa is:

25% plant protein including all 9 essential amino acids
24% fiber
A rich source of iron, vitamin K & E
A source of vitamin A & calcium
High in antioxidants.

It keeps you full longer, boosts immunity, keeps your liver healthy, and helps build muscles.

Ingredients

  • 1Banana
  • 1 tbspMoringa powder
  • 2Yakult lite (you can add 1 yakult n half cup skimmed milk also)
  • 1 tbspHoney
  • 1/4 tspCinnamon powder
  • FewWalnuts for topping

Steps

  1. 1

    Get all the ingredients ready. Chop the banana into pieces.

    Add all the ingredients and Yakult to a mixer jar.

    Blend in for a minute then add the cold Yakult and blend again for a minute.

    Top it with some banana slices and walnuts and enjoy.
