Ingredients

3 to 4 person
  • baati (4) (granded)
  • sugar (1 cup) (pissi hue)
  • cardemon (1 tsp)
  • ghee (half cup)
  • almond powder for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Now use left over baati and break the baati and grand the baati is powder form

    Baati is grand then sugar is also grand

    Now mix sugar and baati mixture

    Take the ghee into the pan and heat in medium flame

    Add cardemon powder in the ghee

    Malida bhagar is ready

    Put the bhagar into the baati and sugar mixture and mix altogether
