Take finelly chopped bhaji wash it 2/3time to remove dirt. take in mixing bowl put besan,washed bhaji,greenchilly and all masala except eno mix well and make thik better.

Heat the oil for fry,in better put eno on top put hot oil and mix well.

With hand or spoon help put little little better in hot oil like small balls.

Keep stiring and mix until golden brown all side,take it out from oil.

Ready to serve hot with sauce or chutney.
