Place the steamer on gas on low flame.

Take a bowl and add ¼ cup warm water. And add 1 tbsp sugar and ¼ tsp nibhu ka saat and mix well.

Take one cup besan.

Add Haldi powder & salt and mix well.

Add Sugar & nibhu saat water mix well. Again Add ¼ cup warm water. Again 2 tbsp water.

Add 1 tbsp oil and mix well.

Add ¼ tsp baking soda and mix well.

Pour the batter immediately in greased tin. Tap 2-times

Steam for 20 mins on low to medium flame.

After 20 mins turn off the flame let it cool and remove after 5 mins.

Prepare tadka for dhokla. Take a pan and add 1 tbsp oil, add rai.

Add curry leaves,chilli and hing.

Add ½ cup water,4 pinch nibhu ka saat and 1 tbsp sugar.

Boil for 1 min.

Pour tadka on dhokla.

Cut the dhokla.
