  • 3 tablespoonsesame
  • 1 tablespoonsoy sauce
  • 1 tablespoonsugar
  • sesame
  • 1 tablespoonsesame oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Shred carrot.

    Put sesame in pestle and grind. When it smell nice put seasoning and mix well.

    Fry carrot with sesame oil till it softened. Add sesame seasoning mix to taste. This time carrot is big so I use all.

    Garnish with sesame.
