First, Mix the corn starch in water and set aside.

Now add sugar and water in a pan.

Then add white vinegar to it.

Now add Kechup and mix throughly.

Then add salt to it and mix.

Now cook on a light flame till it comes to a boil.

Now add Cornstarch sulerry and cook until raw smells gone out.

Sweet and sour sauce is ready.

Save in airtight container. You can save it up to two months.
