  • 1 kgCooked Rice
  • 500 gDodo
  • Seasoned Beef,cooked and Fried1kg
  • 400 gTomato Puree
  • Diced Garlic1tsp
  • Diced Onions 1med
  • CubesSeasoning 2
  • 1 tspCurry Masala
  • 3/4 CupSunflower Oil
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 15 gAll Purpose Seasoning

  1. 1

    Heat oil,when hot, add garlic,onions,stir fry for 20secs on medium heat,ADD tomatoes puree,stir fry for 5mins,add curry masala,seasoning cubes,all purpose seasoning,stir fry till oil saturates,add beef stock,stir,cook for 2mins,taste to adjust with salt,add fried beef,stir,cook for 1min,remove from heat,plate and enjoy!!!
