Ingredients

  • 1 cupmaida/All purpose flour
  • 1 tspajwain/ carom seeds
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 2 tbspghee
  • 1 tbspkasuri methi
  • as neededWater (to knead the dough)
  • as neededOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Take maida add kasuri methi,salt,ajwain and ghee..mix well..add water and make a dough..rest for 10 mins

    Roll it in the shape of chapati and gives the cut (as shown in the picture)

    Heat up the oil and deep fry this shapes till golden brown in colour..namkeen is ready to eat🥰
