Ingredients

  • 2chicken breasts
  • 2avacados
  • 1/4-1/2 cupred or green onion chopped
  • 2 tablespoonscilantro
  • 2 tablespoonslime
  • 4 tablespoonsolive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoongarlic salt
  • to tasteSalt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Pan cook chicken with 2 tablespoon olive oil or EVOO

  2. 2

    Drain and chop or shred chicken.

  3. 3

    In a large bowl, add chicken, avocado, onion, and cilantro

  4. 4

    Drizzle with lime (or lemon) juice, olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss gently until al ingredients are combined.
