Ingredients

11/4all purpose flour
1 tbspnbaking powder
2eggs
3/4 cupfresh Orange Juice
1/2 cupoil
1/2 cupicing sugar

Beat eggs, icing sugar and oil together

Separately mix flour and baking powder

Add into the liquid and mix. Add in the Orange juice. Incorporate well into a smooth batter.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Bake for 20 minutes.
