Take a bowl add condensed milk and food colour mix well. Now add 1 cup desicated coconut and mix well.

Take a small portion of it and make a ball and flatten it.

Put small portion of gulkand inside, cover it and roll it and make laddoo.

Take rest of desiccated coconut in a plate. Coat laddoo with this desiccated coconut.

Serve in a bowl and garnish with chopped almonds (optional).
