Ingredients

  1. Chicken
  2. 300 gmChicken thigh
  3. 1/2 tbspcooking wine
  4. 1/2 tspsugar
  5. 1/8 tspsalt
  6. Drizzle oil
  7. Sauce
  8. 8 cmScallion
  9. 1/2 tbspLemon juice
  10. 1/2 tbspSesame oil
  11. 1/4 tspsalt
  12. 1/4 tspsugar
  13. Fresh ground pepper to finish

Steps

  1. 1

    In a [Onion salt sauce]
    container, add minced white onion, sesame oil, lemon juice, salt and sugar and mix well.

  2. 2

    Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces, put them in a bowl, and rub the sake, sugar and salt.

  3. 3

    Heat the frying pan, add oil, add 3 chicken thighs, cover and bake.

  4. 4

    Serve chicken thighs on a plate, sprinkle with salted green onion, and sprinkle with coarsely ground black pepper.
