Firstly in a large bowl mix the flour, salt, and make a dough and knead well. Now make a small ball on palm slowly flatten surface on palm.

Heat a tawa and put bajra roti. Cook both side and place it directly on hot flame till done.

It is ready to serve. Serve putting ghee.
