Steps
- 1
Wash coriander and mint under running water and soak them in cold water for 10-15 mins.
- 2
After soaking, chop them roughly and put in a blender jar.
- 3
Add all the other ingredients together in the blender jar and blend for 1/2 mins, until it forms a paste.
- 4
Serve with your favorite dish.
- 5
NOTE: If you don't have lemon, replace with 1/2 tsp of vinegar. The acid in lemon/vinegar will make your chutney last longer. Also, instead of using water to dilute your chutney while blending, put ice cubes. This will help your chutney look bright green.
