Fry the paneer cubes, in a tablespoon of oil add onions and garlic and saute till light golden in colour.

Add tomatoes, methi and green chillies.

Add turmeric and saute well.

Grind the above to make a smooth paste.Take oil in the same pan and add oil and heat, add garam masala powder.

Add the ground paste and keep stirring till oil separates.

Add salt and beaten curds.
- 7
Add fried paneer cubes and cook for a minute. Serve hot with rice or paratha.
