Cut the tomatoes and scotch bonnet... Slice the onion..

Preheat some oil in a pot add the tomatoes,onions, scotch bonnet and stir well

Add the garlic,ginger paste along with the seasoning and spices... Add the beef stock and stir...cover it for some couple of min.

Then add your dice carrot and cooked grinded beef...add the Green pepper and allow it to simmer...

Serve with cous cous,spaghetti, rice it taste so delicious!!
