Roast the besan

Before roasting the besan at 3-4 tablespoon ghee and milk in it.

Mix it well

Place the basin in the plate and rub it between your hands like to make it coarse

After making it coarse strain the mixture in a seive with thick wires so that mixture become even

Turn the gas on put ghee in the pan and add besan.

Make sure besan do not stick to the pan.

Ghee has also started separating from the basin.

Turn off the gas

Add sugar in the pan and put half cup water in the pan.

Ready for chaashni

Now add besan in it

Add cashew, carodam powder

Cook for 2-3 min

Put it in a plate and freez it

Now cut in pieces
