Cook the rice and drain the water, take a pan add ghee fry paneer and keep aside.

Add ghee and refined oil in a pan, put shahi jeera, cardomom, peppercorn, cinnamon stick, cloves let it split.

Add chopped cauliflower, beans, peas, capsicum, carrots fry well, add salt and mix all well. Add raisins

Pour the boiled rice and mix well, add chopped mint leaves, serve hot
