Ingredients

  • 2 kgSaag
  • 1 kgspinach
  • 1 bunchfenugreek leaves
  • 1/4 cupginger-garlic paste
  • to tastesalt
  • 15-20green chilli
  • 2 tspmaize flour
  • 2 tspgram flour

Steps

  1. 1

    In a cooker add saag, spinach, fenugreek leaves, ginger-garlic paste,green chilli and salt.cover with lid and wait for 6 whistles.

  2. 2

    After that add flour's and blend with blender.cook again for ten minutes. Saag is ready.
