Ingredients

  • For Idli -
  • 1 cuprawa
  • 1 cupcurd
  • 1eno sachet
  • to tasteSalt according
  • as requiredOil for greasing the mould
  • Fortopping-
  • 1small capsicum chopped
  • 1small onion chopped
  • 1carrot chopped
  • 1/2 cupsteamed sweet corn
  • 1/2 tbspchilli flakes
  • 1/2 tbsporegano
  • as per tastesalt
  • 1/2 tspblackpepper
  • 1 tspMozzarella or processed cheese
  • 1/2 cuptomato ketchup

Steps

    How to make Idli Pizza-
    The first step is to mix curd and rawa add water if needed make a smooth batter. Grease idli mould and add eno salt into the batter and mix well. Pour the batter into the idli mould and microwave for 4 minutes.

    For the topping - Take a pan add one tbsp oil and then all vegetables. Toss, add seasoning and switch off the flame
    Arrange - Take idli first, spread 1tbsp ketchup, add a mixture of vegetables and then some grated cheese. Microwave for two minutes.
    Serve Idli Pizza
