Instant rava/ sooji dhokla

At first in a large mixing bowl take rava and curd.and add ginger, paste and salt.mix well to form a thick batter.

Now rest for 30 minutes or till rava absorbs moisture.

Now add water (to adjust consistency)as and mix well.it should be idli batter consistency.

Now add eno fruit salt.mix gently till the batter turns frothy.transfer to the greased plate.

Steam for 10- 12 minutes.or until when insult knife it will come clean.

Remove and let it cool down.

For tempering heat oil, add mustard seeds, jeera, sesame seeds and hing.
once the mustard seeds splutter add in curry leaves and green chilli.saute little. - 8
Now spread the tempering over dhokla also sprinkle coriander leaves.

And cut the dhokla to the desired shape. Serve with green chutney.
